Welcome! My name is Jamie Sparrowgrove and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in mental health for a little over 10 years, and through my own journey of self discovery I found my ability to effectively navigate various methods of treatment and support. 

I value both scientific and spiritual means of treatment for just about any issue that someone may be experiencing. I have been awarded some spiritual gifts through my journey, and I like to share my experiences as a way to support and connect with others. Check my blog for more details.
